Refund policy
We have a 14-day return / exchange policy for STORE CREDIT which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return /exchange.
To be eligible for a return /exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping; Florida Legacy Co. will be responsible for the exchange shipping.

You must request a return / exchange before sending your item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Anything purchased in our "Last Season" collection or is labeled "Final Sale" is not eligible for return / exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
